In this workshop, we symbolically gather under the arbre à palabres — the traditional West African tree of words, wisdom, and regeneration. Together, we create a space to speak freely about what burdens us, especially experiences of racism, exclusion, and discrimination.
Through collective wisdom and practical body exercises, we strengthen our inner balance, our voice, and our resilience.
